1. What is Celeb IMG?
Celeb IMG (CelebIMG.com or http://celebimg.com) is a free image host. It's meant to share your digital pictures of celebrities, babes and related stuff. It has been designed especially with numerous Celeb Forums and Blogs in mind. You can also hotlink images from your personal website.
2. Can I upload pictures other than celeb, babes and related stuff?
No, you have to stay on-topic. Also, your pictures should be sort of safe for work (SFW). Porn is NOT allowed. You also may not upload images that contain illegal content or depict illegal activities.
3. What about copyrights?
Posting copyright-infringing content can lead to the termination of your account, and possibly monetary damages if a copyright owner decides to take legal action. Make sure you own the copyright of images you upload, or share images that are in the public domain, are licensed under creative commons, or fit within the FAIR USE exception to the copyrights laws.
4. Who is responsible or liable for the pictures I upload?
Only you of course! We only provide the website, disk space and bandwidth. You are allowed to use or service as long as you respect our TOS as well as the law.
5. Do you have sufficient bandwidth and disk space?
Our bandtwidth is unlimited. And if we run out of disk space, we will upgrade our servers. As long as Celeb IMG is in beta, we might limit the number of registered users.
6. What is the maximum file size I can upload to your servers?
File size limit is 2 MB for members and 1 MB for guests.
7. Is there a bandwidth limit for uploaded images?
Yes, there is a limit of 100 GB per image for guests and 9999 GB per image for members. At the moment our service is still in beta.
8. What file types can I upload?
Only JPEG images (extension jpg,jpeg ).
9. How many images am I allowed to upload?
You may upload as many images as you wish. However, spamming or flooding is not allowed. You can upload max 10 images at once.
10. Can I bulk upload images by uploading .ZIP or .RAR files?
No, at the moment you can't. We prefer quality above quantity. You can upload max 10 images at once.
11. How come Celeb IMG is free?
We try to pay the bills by displaying a couple of banners and text links to guest users. Members do NOT see ads. At the moment we allow 2 banners, 1 full page ad, 1 pop-up and 1 text-link. We don't allow streaming video or audio in pop-ups/pop-unders.
12. Is hotlinking allowed?
Hot linking is embedding an image into a message board, personal webpage, or blog. You can hotlink thumbnails leading to large images.
13. Will my image ever be deleted?
The storage period of your images on our servers is unlimited. However, if your image has not been accessed for more than 1 year, it might be deleted from our server.
14. Will pictures I upload remain private?
Your Pictures will be displayed on the public gallery unless you set them to "Private" on upload.
15. Will my e-mail address remain private?
Yes. Celeb IMG will not share your email address with anyone.
